How indosat Quick Login saves your time
The first time you log in to indosat, you enter your email and password. Our servers verify your credentials and check your account status. If your email is confirmed and your identity is verified, we issue a session token that lives on your device. On your next visit — whether it's an hour later or the next day — our app or browser recognizes that token and logs you in automatically. You see your account dashboard, your balance, and your recent activity without typing anything.
This automatic recognition works across all your devices. If you log in on your Android phone in the morning and switch to your iPad in the evening, each device gets its own session token. We don't share tokens between devices, so losing one phone doesn't compromise your account on another. You can review all active sessions from your account settings and log out remotely if needed.
Security checks that happen behind the scenes
We don't just trust a token blindly. Every time you use Quick Login, our servers run silent security checks. We look at your device's hardware ID, your IP address, and the time since your last login. If something looks unusual — for example, you're logging in from a different country or a device we've never seen before — we pause and ask for extra verification.
This extra step is a one-time PIN sent to your registered email or phone number. You enter it, and we confirm your identity. After that, we add your new device to your trusted list, and future logins from that device skip the PIN. We also let you set a login PIN directly in your account settings if you want an extra layer of protection every single time.
Biometric unlock on iOS and Android
Our app supports fingerprint and face recognition on both platforms. Once you enable biometric login in settings, you unlock indosat with your face or fingerprint instead of a PIN or password.
We encrypt all traffic between your phone and our servers using TLS 1.3, so even on public WiFi, your session token and account data stay private. We never store your password in plain text on your device — only the session token, which expires after a set period of inactivity.
Quick Login on Android: installation and first session
Our Android app is available through direct APK download from our website. Once you download and install it, open the app and tap "Quick Login." If you already have an indosat account, enter your email and password. Our servers verify your credentials and issue a session token. The app stores this token securely and logs you in automatically on every future launch.
If you're new to indosat, tap "Create account" instead. You'll provide your email, set a password, and answer a few verification questions. We'll send a confirmation link to your email — click it, and your account is live. Then you can deposit using e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or a bank transfer via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking. Once your deposit clears, Quick Login local paymentngs you straight to the lobby so you can join a live table or browse upcoming Liga 1 matches.
Our app also sends push notifications for live match updates, table availability, and account alerts. You control notification frequency in settings — turn them on for Liga 1 and Piala AFF matches, turn them off for promotions, or mute everything during Idul Fitri or Idul Adha if you prefer. Push notifications use minimal data and won't drain your battery.
Quick Login on iOS: browser-based access
We don't have a native iOS app in the Apple App Store, but our mobile web experience on Safari is fully optimized for iPhone and iPad. Visit indosat.app in Safari, and you'll see our responsive design adapt to your screen size. Tap "Quick Login," enter your email and password, and our servers issue a session token that Safari stores securely.
On your next visit to indosat.app, Safari automatically sends that token to our servers. We verify it, and you're logged in without re-entering your credentials. You can add indosat.app to your home screen as a web app shortcut — it will look and feel like a native app, with our icon and a splash screen when you launch it.
Quick Login works the same way on iOS as Android — one login, then automatic access every time you return.
iOS Safari also supports biometric unlock if you enable it in your indosat account settings. Use Face ID or Touch ID to unlock the app without entering a PIN. Our web app caches your account menu, transaction history, and game preferences, so you can browse your profile even if your connection drops online paymentefly.
Managing your Quick Login sessions
You can see all active sessions from your account settings under "Security" or "Active sessions." Each session shows the device type (Android / iOS / Web), the IP address, and the last login time. If you spot a session you don't recognize, tap "Log out" to end it immediately. This is especially useful if you've sold an old phone or shared a device with someone else.
You can also set a global logout time — for example, "log me out after subject to verification of inactivity." This is helpful if you use indosat on a shared computer or a public device. When the timeout expires, Quick Login clears your session token, and the next person who opens indosat.app will see the login screen.

Data usage and connection stability
Our Quick Login system uses minimal data — just a few kilobytes to verify your session token and fetch your account status. Once you're logged in, data usage depends on what you do: watching a live Qiu Qiu table or a Liga 1 stream uses more bandwidth than browsing the lobby or checking your balance.
Our app detects your connection speed and adjusts video quality automatically. On a slow 3G or 4G connection, we compress live streams so you can still watch without buffering. On WiFi, we deliver full-quality video. You can also manually set a "low-data mode" in settings if you want to conserve bandwidth on a limited mobile plan.
If your connection drops while you're in the middle of a Qiu Qiu hand or watching a live match, our app reconnects automatically. Your session token stays valid, so you don't lose your place. We cache the last few screens you viewed, so you can see your recent activity even if you're temporarily offline.
Troubleshooting Quick Login issues
If Quick Login isn't working, the most common cause is an expired or corrupted session token. Try logging out manually (tap your profile icon, then "Log out"), close the app completely, and reopen it. Enter your email and password again. Our servers will issue a fresh token, and you should be back in your account.
If you're still stuck, clear your app cache (on Android, go to Settings → Apps → indosat → Storage → Clear Cache; on iOS, delete the app and reinstall it). This removes any corrupted data and forces a fresh login. You won't lose your account — your balance and history are stored on our servers, not on your phone.
If you've forgotten your password, tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen. We'll send a reset link to your registered email. Click the link, set a new password, and log in with your new credentials. Your session token will be cleared, so you'll need to enter your new password once. After that, Quick Login works as normal.
